8 Toning Workouts
This series of classes uses compound movements to provide a full body workout.
Instructor Turner has taken inspiration from functional training (e.g. CrossFit) to help you build strength, shred fat, and improve muscle tone.
The workouts progress in intensity so please complete them in the correct order to get the best results.
After time spent as a lifeguard and amateur boxer in Cornwall, Turner moved to London and qualified as a Personal Trainer.
During his time as a PT he has encountered many styles of training, and counts Crossfit and fight-style conditioning as his biggest influences.
This can been seen in his teaching style, with Turner's classes being fast, fun, and extremely effective.
