4 High Energy Dance Workouts

In each workout of this series, instructor Leigh takes you through 45 minutes of high energy dance fitness.

She'll teach you step by step how to perform each movement and combine them into a routine.

Make no mistake, this is a workout not a dance class, so don't worry if you've never done any choreography before, just copy Leigh and have some fun.
