This series of classes have been designed as an entry into Pilates. It is an extremely gentle and slow-paced class ideally suited to people who are completely new to Pilates or have a low fitness level.

The slow controlled movements of Pilates can sometimes be misleading to those unfamiliar, make no mistake, Pilates is a tough full body workout that provides the following benefits:
