Your instructor, Turner, has designed each of the 8 workouts to burn maximum calories in the shortest possible time.
The workouts progress in difficulty so please complete them in the correct order to achieve the best results.
After time spent as a lifeguard and amateur boxer in Cornwall, Turner moved to London and qualified as a Personal Trainer.
During his time as a PT he has encountered many styles of training, and counts Crossfit and fight-style conditioning as his biggest influences.
