The Promise is a life-changing fitness programme designed by our experts to transform your body and have you feeling amazing in only 60 days.
The programme uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Resistance Training to achieve the following benefits:
- HIIT burns maximum calories during the workout and for up to 24 hours after the workout has finished. This shreds body fat throughout the day and gives you a leaner body.
- Resistance Training tones your muscles and makes you stronger. As your body fat disappears the toned muscles begin to show through so that you achieve a slim and strong appearance.
- Each workout in this programme will improve your general fitness, strength, and endurance. This will improve your overall health and make everyday tasks easier to accomplish.
The Promise has 3 levels: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Enrolling in any of these versions gives you unlimited access to all 3, so please feel free to try each until you find the level that is right for you.
The ideal level should feel very challenging but not impossible.
